Technical support is generally available to our customers from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, M-F.

To request technical support, begin by sending an email to support@identitydevices.com, summarizing the issue you are encountering and best methods of contacting you.  

 

Upon receipt of your email, we will initiate a new case in our tracking system and contact you to resolve your issue.
